LEATHER RUBBING TEST
The leather sample is rubbed 400 times with a regulatory standard pressing roll using an alcaline solution wet pad.

The leather sample is rubbed 400 times with a regulatory standard pressing roll using an alcaline solution wet pad.
Each batch of leather is tested with a particular procedure to verify how leather will undergo the ageing process, in terms of chromatic and softness alterations.
Each batch of leather is tested at high temperatures, to simulate exposure to heat sources, for example radiators, exposure to sunlight, high altitudes or very hot climates.
This test consists in simulating over 300.000 the sitting of a 100 kg person. After this stress testing the cushion is approved only if it passes the test with a maximum deformation of 10%.
